Best end of Tuna in semisalazon - raisined tomatoes - Nori seaweed oil.
Tuna tartare - salted egg yolk - soybeans - onion - Nori seaweed - capers.
Consommé of dried smoked tuna Thai-style and lemon grass oil.
Oyster with lemon - green piparra - Iberian pork - paprika - black lemon
Mi-cuit of eel - corn in different forms and it's vinaigrette.
Soup of Seafood and red miso - crispy vegetables
Cod - pumpkin/citrus - grapes marinated in oak barrel - capers - mini carrot with noissete butter - pigeon juice.
Venison fillet baked in black ash - chestnuts/tamarind - roasted onions -
fried "patatas huecas" - snow peas - ashes of truffle - Brandy sauce.
Including: 8-course menu with adapted wines, water, coffee, lucky grapes, cotillón, and drinks included until closing time.
